We brough a large group for a convention. This property was extremely nice and clean. The owners went out of their way to surprise us with a cake for my kids. We would definitely book this property again!!

Upon arrival they provided our group a lovely treat and made the check in process incredibly smooth! We truly felt at home here and were so happy to have used it as a location for part of our wedding party to get ready. The historic feel mixed with the incredibly thoughtful host made this place a 10/10. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Our extended family stayed to celebrate a graduate from Baylor. The house was absolutely perfect for several families. The hosts were extremely flexible and gracious. They even sent a “nothing but bunt cake” for our graduate! The house was decorated amazingly for Christmas which made the stay even more special. Highly recommended for large groups or families looking for a great place to relax with tons of conversational space, board games, fire pits, etc.

This house was amazing. It was perfect for our family get away. Enough room for all 10 of us and with extra space. We played cards in the porch and sat around the fire pit for hours. It was a great experience!!

Excellent stay! Loved the house and porches were amazing for gathering and relaxing. So much to do within walking distance. We had a large group Of friends and enjoyed every moment. The hosts were responsive and more than helpful. Allowing us to check-in early and left a wonderful treat to welcome us.

We absolutely loved staying at the Sturgis Inn! The house is beautiful and was more than enough space for our group of 10. Quick drive to campus and downtown spots. The extra touches truly made our weekend!

What a gem!!! Great location downtown. Charming with perfect attention to detail. This isn’t my typical style of decor which is why I adored this older home. What memories we made here with cousins and my Baylor son!

Amazing beautiful home, ample parking, great back yard, a home with character all it's own, TVs in every room, basically a commercial kitchen, lots of seating, and expansive back porch. plus the owners were very helpful, quick to response, and helped us out when our child left his teddy bear behind. 5-stars all around.

This place is amazing. The history of the home alone was intriguing. Also very close to Baylor and Magnolia - with 10 of us, we had a great time grabbing lunch at Union Hall so everyone got their craving. The Backyard was awesome Friday night and there are so many gathering spots lots of fun conversations on the porch, yet everyone also had their own space.

A lovely apartment right in the middle of Downtown Waco. Would definitely recommend them and would love to stay with them again of I’m ever in the area again. Thank you to Margaret for being so kind and always responsive.
